Over 20 years of extensive experience
2000 (Founding):
Founded with the purpose of manufacturing and selling vacuum equipment for research. Subsequently, we connected our own vapor deposition equipment with glove boxes from other manufacturers and sold them as organic device film deposition systems.

2006:
Full-scale entry into the glove box business.
● Signed a contract with Korean company K and commenced sales in Japan.
(As a trading company with manufacturing facilities, we have supported manufacturers beyond typical trading company functions.)
● Actively accommodated custom orders; glove boxes with many custom elements were fundamentally designed in-house.
● Proposed and implemented various safety mechanisms to prevent N2 gas accidents.
● Conducted acceptance inspections at our facility to ensure quality for the Japanese market before shipment.

May 2019:
We amicably terminated our agency agreement with Korea Kiyon.

June 2019–present~:
To respond more precisely to customer requests, we began manufacturing and selling our own Brand glove boxes, which we continue to do today.

Types of Glove Boxes
Products commonly referred to as glove boxes are classified as follows, each with its own characteristics.
The glove boxes we handle are products called “circulating purification type glove boxes”.

Type Size Purification mechanism Internal purity
Simplified version Most are small desktop models.
Acrylic and stainless steel
None The image of a sealed case
Vacuum type Large models are difficult to manufacture, so small desktop types are common, with most being stainless steel models. None (can be added later) Depends on the purity of the introduced gas
Purge type Stainless steel construction with a relatively large size None (can be added later) Depends on the purity of the introduced gas
Gas-Circulation Refining Type They are widely used in sizes ranging from small units for research purposes to large units comparable to a 4.5-tatami-mat room. Separate structures from purification equipment are also common. Available Guaranteed below 1 ppm (moisture/oxygen)

❷Principles of Purification

Gas species to be removed Method Repeated use Standard equipment
oxygen gas Chemical reaction involving CuO Possible: Regeneration using hydrogen gas (*1)
Moisture Adsorption by molecular sieves Possible: Remove adsorbed moisture by heating in a vacuum.
Organic solvent-based gas Adsorption by molecular sieves Possible: Remove adsorbed moisture by heating in a vacuum. Options

(1) Hydrogen gas diluted below the explosion limit is used in the regeneration process. (Maximum 4%)
The regeneration process will automatically restart after pressing the start button.
