In addition to our existing composite sputtering equipment, we are strengthening our dedicated sputtering equipment business. We are collaborating with INFOVION Co., Ltd., based in Seoul, South Korea, to market and distribute their superior sputtering equipment in the Japanese market.
As a Korean vacuum equipment manufacturer, INFOVION possesses advanced proprietary technologies for handling ions and electrons, including in-house development of ion sources for thin-film surface modification. Its product lineup spans a wide range, from compact sputtering systems for university research and ion beam sputtering to medium-scale and large-scale inline systems, as well as cluster systems.
